    • Comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and that are not too precious as we will be outdoors working with clay and they may get dirty.
    • Yoga Clothing and a Swimsuit if you feel like taking a dip.
    • House shoes/slippers for indoors.
    • Sneakers or hiking shoes for trails and or biking through woods, trails, and towns.
    • Flip flops to lounge around the pool area and sauna.
    • Perhaps a book for the evening time. (Although, there is a full library of books to choose from as well)
    • Water bottle - filtered water available.
    • Sunscreen
    • Bug spray

These are suggested items of clothing.

    • Yoga: leggings or shorts and tops.
    • Meditation: same as for yoga or loose-fitting clothing.

Basically, you want clothes you can easily move in for yoga and clothes that feel comfortable for everything else.

As the retreat is in August expect sunny days and chilly nights so make sure you bring a warm coverup for the nighttime.

For the cacao ceremony, bring clothing that makes you feel like a Goddess. A flowy dress or skirt or anything special to you. Feel free to add accessories that makes you feel light and free, whimsical and joyful.. We will be sitting cross-legged for parts of the ceremony so something loose and long works best. Have a bit of fun with this and see what inspires you.

Our first night will be an opening circle and a core values exercise with some intention setting for our time together. Loose-fitting and cozy clothing/yoga clothing will be perfect.

Don’t forget a comfy long sleeve or wrap if it’s chilly as the stars are gorgeous in the mountains and it may be nice to do our planning under the great big sky around a warm fire.
